Our Staff
Rob Ludicke - President
Mr. Ludicke is a Registered Environmental Professional # 5985 and Registered Environmental Manager #12093, who has over 23 years of environmental consulting and engineering experience.
He has a thorough knowledge of environmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. He
has an extensive network of dedicated technical experts. He has conducted numerous Phase I/Phase
II environmental site assessments.
In addition, Mr. Ludicke has conducted over 250 Property Condition Assessments of office
buildings, shopping centers, warehouse buildings, maritime facilities, apartment buildings, etc.

Allison Ludicke - Chief Financial Officer
Allison has extensive experience in marketing, recruiting, accounting, purchasing and management. She currently is responsible for all financial aspects of LandScience.

CURTIS L. DOKKEN - PE, BC, PC
Mr. Dokken has engineering and project management experience for a wide range of environmental
construction projects including design/build projects. Experience in investigation/feasilibity studies;
preparation of detailed construction designs and specifications for remedial action programs involving petroleum, hazardous waste, transformers and pipeline facilities; industrial waste, and underground storage tanks management. |

Mauricio Pagés - Senior Geologist
Mr. Pagés is the Director of Operations, who has over 15 years environmental consulting experience. Over his career, Mr. Pagés has worked closely with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) becoming knowledgeable of their protocol, policies and regulations conducting Emergency Response activities for the FDOT District IV and Turnpike Enterprise. Mr. Pagés has also conducted numerous Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Source Removals, Tank Closure Assessments, and Contamination Assessments for petroleum products and other hazardous chemicals under Chapter 62-780 and 62-761 of the Florida Administrative Code. In addition, Mr. Pagés has been involved with the operation and maintenance of numerous air sparge/soil vapor extraction systems throughout the State of Florida managing said project through completion.

Wayne Munchow - Environmental Scientist
Mr. Munchow is an environmental scientist familiar with federal, state, and local environmental
rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. He has conducted Phase I Environmental Site
Assessments and Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on commercial, industrial, and
agricultural properties.

Andrew Whitaker - Project Manager
Mr. Whitaker is an environmental scientist who has experience in environmental consulting. He is familiar with federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. He has conducted Phase I/Limited Phase I Environmental Assessments on commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties., Source Removals, Tank Closure Assessments, Contamination Assessments for petroleum products and other hazardous chemicals.

Antonio Martinez De Andino - Project Engineer
With 20+ years of experience in design and construction related projects. Lead engineering and construction groups, decisions making and execution, strong capability to create good working relationship environment. Hands on construction management experience covering 5 key aspects: Contracts, Quality, Scheduling, Cost, and Safety. Proven ability to execute in a high pressure for work compliance environment,guide Contractors to adjust their production rates, activity-logics and durations on an as-needed basis so as to meet project schedule.Able to grasp business concepts, initiate and owe them, apply technology and create system operational procedures for business advantage. Interact with engineering and construction to resolve design information and site conditions to facilitate construction progress. Site condition and development assessment experience on Industrial, commercial and residential Facilities, soil testing, earth work, asphalt placement (parking and roads), side walk, site grading, and coordination of different disciplines like civil, mechanical & electrical installations associated with site preparation Environmental assessment experience on complying with EPA regulation for dust control, contaminate substances present on soil, water and air. Experience in reviewing and approval of finishing material technical submittals for residential buildings, recreational and infrastructure facilities. Evaluate Contractor’s schedules (contract baseline, updates and revisions, 4-6 week rolling-schedules, etc.) and contract-time-extension requests, including obtaining & considering input by Construction Department scheduling engineers.

Nelly Sagastume – Tampa Branch Manager, Senior Environmental Scientist
Ms. Sagastume is an Environmental Scientist. She has conducted several Phase I / Limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and is familiar with local, state, and federal environmental regulation.

Nivia Walton – Senior Office Manager
Ms. Walton is a Senior Office Manager, with over 20 years of Managerial, Administrative experience and a strong Customer Service record. She has brought positive change to LandScience Inc. since 2004. Her duties are to relieve Administrative detail, maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; Account Payable and Receivable, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Ms. Walton has the ability to coordinate all office functions.

Constance Chang – Marketing/Sales Assistant
Ms. Chang joined LandScience, Inc in 2013 to provide administrative support, now she is the new Marketing/Sales Assistance. She has over 10 years of Administrative Assistance experience. She has earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Miami-Dade College in 2014. Her duties on Administrative detail are to handle multiple priorities in affective manner on environmental projects details and Account/Payable details. Additionally Ms. Chang has offer exceptional communication, problem solving skills to bring a remarkable change in the overall efficiency of the office.

Omar Rivera – Office / Project Assistant
Mr. Rivera is an Administrative and Field Assistant who has a Mechanical background and a Paralegal background. He attended and completed an Automotive Technician course in December 2005 and has experience as a Automotive Technician and as a Fuel Farm Facility General Technician. He furthered his education on August 2014 when he graduated from FIU with a Paralegal Certificate. Mr. Rivera has since then started working for LandScience, Inc. In where he works as an Administrative Assistant and an Field Assistant
